Haggis and Dragons Productions are moving into Audio Fiction in 2021 and this is where you will find all the information on open casting calls as we look for new voices to be welcomed into our projects.

 

The Secret of St Kilda is our first Audio Fiction and we want to make this fair for everybody in terms of pay, which we will discuss when roles confirmed and closer to production.

Please understand that Haggis and Dragons Productions is only a small operation with only a few unpaid staff putting all of this together.

​

The podcasts that we are creating here are passion projects and we have worked so hard over the past year trying to balance life, health and work through the toughest year of a generation.

With all this in mind we have put together, what we feel is a fantastic narrative story in The Secret of St Kilda and there are many voices we are still looking for.

• Ben Meredith - The Magnus Archives and Stellar Firma.

• Michelle Kelly - Someone Dies In This Elevator

• Alasdair Stuart - Escape Artists and The Magnus Archives

• Erika Sanderson - The No Sleep Podcast

Amazing talent and extremely happy to work with all six of these.

We are looking for an inclusive cast of all backgrounds, race and genders.

Send all audition tapes to haggisanddragons@gmail.com with ‘AUDITION FOR [ROLE] – YOUR NAME’ in the subject line of your email.

PLEASE INCLUDE:

• The role(s) you are auditioning for

• Your name

• A link to the .mp3 or .wav files of your audition tape(s) with a file name in the format ‘[ROLE] – [YOUR NAME]’

• Links to other shows you’ve been in (if any)

• Your Recording Setup and Microphones used, as all recordings will be done remotely.

DON’T INCLUDE:

• Audio files with confusing names

• Documents or PDFs
